Beautifully finished No. 4 smoothing plane features a simple and rapid adjustment mechanism with easy blade removal for sharpening and honing. Rosewood handle secured with 2 brass screws, milled sides, brass adjusting screw and heavy duty 2mm blade. No attention to detail has been spared, right down to the fluted base which reduces friction on resinous timbers.  We have other sizes of planes available.
